Having Problems

Hey guys I been having problems with Pure ever since I reformatted my Hd, I can run the server but I cannot play rf while the server is running , Is there anyone that could host my server until I get this sorted out ? Thanks

Not sure if I understand your statement. Your running a dedicated server and you cant connect to your server from another computer in your house?

I host and play on the same computer , Its not letting me do that anymore

this is probably silly but have you checked that the ports are different Count?

Count when I get home I will run it for you just let me Know what maps and time limit so on and so fowrth lol.

Yeah , its an issue with pf crashing

Wont be back to play for a while.
Installed RF yesterday on compaq evo pent4 3.0Ghz hypertreading.
Installed PF 3.0 and started up the game.
But .......
Graphics are scrambled and I cant join any server.
I can see the game and I get into the server but if I fire mousebutton to join it wont work.
If I write a message, I dont get the message window either.
Anyone any idea ?
Is it the Hypertreading ? I know it worked fine for year on similar system but with non-hypertreading cpu in it.

I will try to reinstall today withought PF, and will try again.
If that wont work I am afraid you wont see me again in the server.
All ohter systems (4 of them) are dual core and thats a bigger problem.

I had the same problem with the scrambled Gfx before.. Just make sure you've got a good Gfx card, and enough ram.

Other than that, I really don't know what to do.

doesn't "rf" need only about :32 meg gfx card - to run ? or 64 ..still: its an old game ! how can anyone have troubles with playing it? and i dont get why not use systems with dual core?> i played rf on a integrated intel graphics and ati integrated no problems full fps at around 1280 1024 resolution..

i guess what im saying is "

why not use the dual core pc and put a 20 dollar used 3d graphics card in it . ?
im lost
